I spoke with Kieran regarding getting my father's ashes from abroad. I had already called other funeral homes for information & was still lost. When I spoke with him, he was so kind & genuinely wanted to help me. Even took my number & called me back with the information. I haven't had a "customer service" experience like that in awhile and I wasn't even a customer! The food, and flowers were amazing and the staff kind and warm and professional. It was fantastic to have Mum's treasured photos so professionally displayed. I was so impressed and will get my Mum's photo's restored professionally by the company that did such such an amazing job.
