We have a 3 step process we recommend in these cases listed below. We also offer a simple QR code (or download option on phones) to save our information for when you need us quickly. Just scan the code or press on it on mobile to download a VCard. It will include a link to the 3 steps below for when you need us.
1. Call Us – Quick Chat
Get in touch as soon as convenient. We’ll have a brief chat to gather key details such as the name of the person who has passed away, relationship, where they passed away, whether burial or cremation is preferred, your contact details and how we can help.
2. Meet Us – Arrange the Next Steps
We’ll invite you to come to the Chapel when convenient and discuss the arrangements in person. This gives us a chance to walk through everything together in a calm, supportive environment.
3. We Take Care of the Rest
Whether you need full funeral planning or minimal assistance, we’ll do as much or as little as you require. Our job is to make this process easier for you, so you can focus on what truly matters—being with your loved ones.
